What we did:

What we did:
LELIOR has two successful offline stores and a loyal customer base purchasing scent diffusers and fragrances. Before working with us, customers typically purchased products in-store, but there was no system to bring them back for repeat purchases online. 



We connected the existing customer database collected in offline stores to the email platform and built the email channel from the ground up. This included implementing the core lifecycle automations and building a segmentation structure that allows the brand to communicate differently with various groups of customers.
